"This is a very old property, think1960's, but well maintained. The room and bed was comfortable and clean. The television worked well. Due to my arrival time I wasn't able to park in an area close to the door and had to maneuver stairs, in a snowstorm, to get my luggage to the hotel. I left my luggage in the vehicle I went into the hotel to register and request help. The security guard came out to my car with no hesitation and brought my suitcase right into the hotel. The person on duty when I checked out the next morning was also very pleasant. The location isn't in close proximity to the airport, it was about 15 minutes away."

"Cool concept for a hotel that kept the old courthouse aesthetic. Parking is easy, convenient and included. Close to St. Joseph’s hospital and most hip downtown restaurants. Breakfast is good and fresh and included with your room reservation. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean and bed was super comfy. Asked about getting a crib for our room and was kind of given the run around from front desk about needing to talk to housekeeping and calling back later, so we just brought our portable one. Honestly, you can’t go wrong for the price. Good stay, solid hotel."
