Our stay at the Thunder Bay Delta was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a great view, and the parking was nearby and free, Would highly recommend- although probably best to book in advance for a good rate. The local Market Shops are excellent!

One of the nicest hotels in Thunder Bay for sure. The rooms and all common areas are very clean, modern and stylish. Rental bicycles are an excellent touch for those who want to explore the area. the location is a bit far from the airport but is close to other points of interest for people visiting Thunder Bay for a few days.

The room was immaculate as always The menu at the Anchor Ore was updated and we all enjoyed our meal. The bartender went out of his way to make our fav drinks and the dmoked whiskey was amazing Breakfast was also excellent and service was exceptional. Well done

Loved this hotel. The location was great - very walkable. We had fish and chips at the restaurant and I think it was the best I have ever had. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very enjoyable stay.

Room and staff were great, shower was big and overall room was clean and comfortable. Only nit pick was room service came in take out containers and was soggy and had those crappy wooden forks. But hey at least they have it. View was also amazing and walking the docks nearby is highly recommended. Would also recommend just going to restaurant to sit down.

The whole time from check in to check out was excellent. The staff was great as we did have a problem and they looked after it ASAP. The dinner area was also great, the food was great. The lobby was very pleasing and your were greeted when entering. The parking was also good, had no problems what so ever . The room was great with a view of the marina, very modern and up to date. I would greatly suggest the people stay there, it is the destination spot. The value is there don't short change yourself , treat yourself the stay is worth it.
