This beautiful Gulf-view condo is located on the third floor and is painted in a beautiful yellow. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The main bathroom includes a bathtub and a double sink. The second bathroom has a tub and single sink. The main bedroom features all white furniture and unique palm tree accents. The living room's decor is in yellow and blue tones. Guests can enjoy a CD stereo system and a private washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort, but please bring your own beach/pool towels. The balcony is spacious and overlooks the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico.

This is a must rent condo!

Perfect location on third floor. Great views of the pool and ocean. Looks to be newly decorated. All furniture looked brand new. Very very clean when we arrived! Extra towels and washcloths. Loved that! Might replace the big frying pan in the kitchen. Looks like it’s had a lot of use. The elevators are very close to this unit and are fast and efficient. Loved that! Very clean complex as a whole. We would definitely stay here again. This is a must rent unit!

Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful week! The condo was clean and fully met our expectations!! We had everything we needed, along with the few supplies brought and/or purchased. I did bring extra quilts & pillows for our own personal comforts. The furnishings were nice & updated. Surprisingly the living room furniture was firm and not worn out like in previous places we've stayed. Our only complaint was the main bedroom bed. It was a little too firm for us...we both had achy joints the first morning. So would be nice to have a memory foam stored/available for someone like us. Otherwise everything was great. The outdoor seating/deck was great! The privacy and furniture was perfect! We enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed an extra day!! All in all it was a great week, with perfect weather. We will definitely book this unit again!

Wonderful Property Steps to the Beach

PERFECT unit, gross pool.

The beds were VERY comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with plenty of towels. The kitchen was very well stocked- just be sure to bring coffee filters. You can't ask for a better location. Absolutely beautiful.

Great Family Stay

Very happy with our stay. Photos were accurate. All accomodations were great. So easy to get to the beach. Great view on balcony. Enjoyed the beach even better than Destin. Would definitely return. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels for showers.

Islander condo

We enjoyed our stay at the Islander. It was clean and spacious. We gave it 4 stars due to a few minor inconveniences. The bed was a bit firm - well quite firm as we have a bed topper, no recliner in the den and the kitchen lacked minor commodities like coffee filters and packs of sugar. We still had a very nice time.

Great view!

Love the view and the beachy decor! Needs new pans in the kitchen! Fridge didn’t work upon arrival - not sure why the housekeepers didn’t let management know ahead of time, but maintenance did bring us a loaner fridge on day 2. Overall a good stay, but could use a few improvements.

Family Vaca - August 2021

This location was great for our family, the beach was beautiful and access easy. The inside of our rental was well kept and clean, not complaints there! The only suggestion would be to offer some standard supplies - i.e. more than two trash bags in the kitchen, cooking spices/oils, food storage containers or foil, one or two pods for laundry, etc. The bathrooms also only offered one shampoo and one conditioner - for a family of four, that isn't enough for a week. Those were easy enough to find/buy, but for confidence purposes - it would be nice to have at the rental. We did very much enjoy our stay! Thank you,
