Sea Oats 403 is cute 2-bedroom 2 bath condo located in a great family friendly complex on Okaloosa Island.

This 4th floor unit offers an open living space allowing everyone in the living room, kitchen, or dining room to interact. The spacious kitchen has all full-sized appliances and cookware so you can cook a feast for 6. The dining table offers seating for the whole family as well as additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating options and the couch becomes a Queen-sized sofa sleeper. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors give access to a private balcony overlooking the pool and beautiful emerald coast water. The complex sits so close to the beach you are only a short walk across the sand to putting your toes in the water.
