Blu 306 - The Gulf Jewel!
Experience the bliss of Blu 306! This completely updated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit has everything you need and more for the perfect vacation. Head straight into the kitchen which features all stainless steel appliances, a luxurious island with an attached wine rack, and comfortable bar seating for 4. Enjoy a delicious meal at the dining table for six then head over to the couch and take in those gorgeous Gulf views! The private beachfront balcony has ample space for the whole family and can be accessed from the living room as well as the master bedroom.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed, walk in closet, a beautiful en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, and endless storage space. Wake up to the sounds of the Gulf and enjoy the sights from your private balcony just steps away. Now onto the second and third bedrooms which each have their own en suite bathroom! The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and a walk in shower. The third bedroom also contains a queen sized bed with a tub and double sinks in the bathroom. The unit has a full size washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. The property amenities such as the pools, grills, and fitness center are just two floors down! Be prepared to experience the upmost comfort and incredible views of our sugary white sands and emerald waters.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: Master bedroom- King bed, Second bedroom- Queen bed, Third bedroom- Queen bed, Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

Great Property

We had a great stay here. The unit was clean and as described in the pictures. We had a very minor maintenance issue and it was addressed almost immediately. We normally stay in the heart of Destin, but loved this location as it was a bit more quiet and relaxed. The pool and hot tub were VERY clean, which I love. Other properties seem to struggle in pool area cleanliness.

Beautiful Stay

This was one of the best condominiums that we’ve stayed in. I am very big on cleanliness and location. This place has it all. The entire premises is well cared for- from the stairwell to the parking lot to the condominium itself. It’s also well-stocked with kitchen accessories, although we didn’t use them because I wanted to get out as much as possible. The gated community and private beach are also pluses. My family and I definitely recommend.

The washer and dryer were a plus and the balcony was a perfect view of the beautiful ocean. Property was new, clean and many amenities to include hot tub, heated pool, outdoor grilling area and a fire pit. Would stay again for sure!
