"Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at the house. We had a few minor issues and the host was extremely responsive.There were several screens missing throughout the house and several others had tears in them. We wanted to have windows open and this was an issue.The bedrooms are just as described. The 2 upstairs bedrooms need new mattresses! They are worn and not comfortable. I would expect these to be excellent in this caliber of a house.The outside deck was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and having the fire pit on in the evenings. The deck furniture was very comfortable and plentiful.The kitchen coffee maker was very nice. Could use a few more utensils in the kitchen such as plastic cookware and wooden spoons. We had to clean the BBQ prior to using it. This should be checked and cleaned between rentals.The house location is excellent and in a nice wooded neighborhood."

"Second time we've visited this wonderful home in Flagstaff. It's particularly perfect for a large family. Bedrooms are filled with beds and even a hideaway spot hold an extra 2 beds. The foosball table and games are always a hit. The natural light fills the space and the mountains fill the windows. Just delightful. Though it doesn't have central AC, every bedroom has an AC unit which kept the rooms perfect for sleeping. We were there during a heat wave and everyone slept well. Just an incredible house. Top recommend."

"Very pleased with our stay. The cabin was clean and tidy upon our arrival; the views of Humphreys Peak are stunning. Definitely cabin vibes and a great way to beat the desert heat. The spacious deck with panoramic views of Snowbowl with plentiful seating and outdoor eating area were used every morning and evening as we grilled on the clean gas grill. It was nice having 2 full propane tanks as well for the grill and either gas fire pit.Have to check this out in the winter for a different flavor… definitely can see this as a perfect “base camp” for ski season.Minor details make this less than 5 star as the back deck door (from the cabin to deck) sticking (maybe due to the heat) and the indoor refrigerator not cooling all the way and one side broken/in-operative. There is a garage refrigerator/ freezer however; just means you have to go to the garage if you bring more than a small fridges worth of food. These are not show stoppers; we would book again for sure."

"Property had a lot of character and maintained very well with many special enhancements. We were up for a 4 day family get away from the hot weather in Phoenix. We enjoyed the location and views. We used all the amenities. (Game room, jacuzzi, sauna and propane outdoor fire pit on one of the decks.). Only opportunity was an electric motion massage chair that unfortunately wasn't working during our stay. However more than enough to do not to mention just chillin at the cabin with good family conversation and some great meals with some spectacular monsoon storms in the back ground. Christy was a great host with a nice welcome amenity and very prompt in communication. Highly recommend."
