Snowbowl is a magical mountain for any season. The winter offers skiing, snowboarding, and snow mobiling. The spring is in full bloom with Bluebells, Sunflowers and Indian Paintbrushes. Summer is an endless journey through biking trails, walking trails and a breathtaking sky ride up the San Francisco Peaks. Fall brings about watercolor images of Birch trees, Aspen trees, and Evergreens. Every season, at every time of the day brings about a magical, breathtaking sensation.

Our home is newly furnished with top of the line appliances and high quality leather furniture. The large, open floorplan of the house offers families and friends the ability to interact whether it be playing, dining, or relaxing. On the other hand, when you are ready to retire for the evening, your private sanctuary is secluded and quiet. This home offers something for everyone. Walk out the back door into the wilderness, hop on your skis and take a cross county ride, or just sit on the couch and gaze into the beauty that is Flagstaff!

Amazing Property

Beautiful home in the perfect location. House has everything you could ever need to spend time in Northern Arizona. Close enough to town but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Will definitely be staying here again.

Fun place with a great location

Great property with lots of entertaining amenities and great location for Snowbowl. The neighborhood was quite and made the evenings peaceful. Communication with the property owner could have been a little better but overall it was a good experience.

Amazing Views

We loved staying at this home for our Arizona vacation. Waking up to beautiful views of Humphrey’s Peak each morning, centrally located for travel to Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon, and Sedona. Close to Flagstaff, but away from the noise and traffic. Spacious home, well stocked kitchen, and a wood burning stove for those chilly nights.

New Years with Family at SnowBowl

Great house and very comfortable. It was an ideal location for us to ski and snowboard all weekend at SnowBowl. Close to Flagstaff for shopping and eating out too. Hot tub was such a nice treat after a day on the slopes 😊

Great home base for skiing

We loved all of the fun extras at this house—pool and ping pong and the hot tub! It was nice to have things the kids could do at the house after a full day of skiing

Relaxing and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, wish we could've stayed longer. Open floor plan and no big TV's in the downstairs living room created a family bonding atmosphere, where games were played and meals enjoyed together.

Snowbowl hidden gem

The location is great. The home is spacious, the pool table, ping pong and hot tub are wonderful things to enjoy while in the home. The amount of outdoor space for the kids to play is great. We were lucky to have a good amount of snow in the area.

Pleasant surprise

32nd annual reunion with my Navy buddies. The house is spacious. Comfortable. Spa, pool table, and Pong-Pong Table. Comfortable den with TV for watching March Madness. Close proximity to Arizona Snow Bowl.

Great weekend

Beautiful views from this property and nice location. Had fun using the telescope to look at the moon. House was very warm and could not control the thermostat very well. Opened windows to cool off worked.

Family get together in Flagstaff

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful location! Our family all exclaimed that this was one of the greatest gatherings that we have had. Everyone was very comfortable in this massive house. Our host was excellent in response time when we had a question about the hot tub and prior to our arrival and we added a family member prior to and we informed of the change. This was truly a wonderful time for us and we found the perfect place for our gathering. We would and probably will use this property again! Thank you!

Ski trip w/out the snow

Went with a group of friends to check out Snowbowl. The snow was not great (they've gotten about an inch the whole season), but the house was very fun. Between ping pong, pool, and looking at the night sky (Flagstaff is one of the darkest cities in the US due to the observatory) we had a great time.

NAU Graduation

This was an excellent location. Convenient to town and Grand Canyon. It was nice not being in the crowded town area and able to relax at this house to celebrate with family. Beautiful views and a game room to entertain the family. Unfortunately the water heater broke and we did have issues with hot water. The owners were attentive and had a service person out to fix the problem immediately.

Family holiday reunion

We chose this home for an early Christmas celebration. Our family was spread out across the country and we met here. The home was great as a central spot for visiting the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, pueblo ruins, Sedona, and other nearby areas for outdoor fun! The timing was perfect since it was off-season for visiting these attractions and the weather was still mild enough to enjoy. The house was as advertised with plenty of room for our family. We used the hot tub most evenings. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well-suited for preparing meals for large groups. We never turned on the TV and had lots of quality time spent together. I recommend staying here. I liked the ranch-like setting. We weren't isolated, but we had lots of privacy.

Incredible Family Vacation

We just got home from vacation and are still reeling from the beauty of this home and the graciousness of Merika. The pictures do not do the home justice. It is absolutely beautiful and our family of 6 had plenty of space and so much to do together when we were settled in for the day. The views were spectacular. We especially enjoyed stargazing at night. Coming from a Chicago suburb, we have never seen stars like the ones in flagstaff. My son’s girlfriend was able to take very beautiful pictures of the Milky Way and actually caught a shooting star as well! The host was so gracious and thoughtful throughout the trip. If I could rate it 10/5 stars, I would. Everything was perfect. Thank you again to Merika and her husband for everything. We will never forget this trip!
