The patio and lawn area are super!! The outdoor furniture, fire pits and atmosphere coupled with the ideal weather were extremely nice and relaxing!! Did not try the pool and hot tub but they looked incredible! Very nice stay.

Stayed at this property while traveling to Phoenix, our room was well-kept and clean upon arrival. Front desk attendant greeted us with a smile. Quiet, serene location - felt comfortable leaving our packed car in the lot. Located off the main strip for easy access to all things Flagstaff!

The hotel was full and was so quiet! My room was beautifully decorated and the whole hotel had a "first day" look and feel. The staff were on top of everything. I didn't try the breakfast. A great location with 5 min drive to most locations in the University area and old town. Definitely recommend!

The room was okay…clean but the bathroom toilet and shower are smaller than a SuV. Pretty nosey too…I could hear everything in the hall-way and the room next door. The Front Desk Staff was very helpful and friendly though.

First time staying here and it was great! Staff was friendly, the proximity to restaurants was great. The outdoor area with pool, spa and seating area was nice. We were able to escape heat of the Phoenix area and enjoy the mountains.

The overall stay was quite enjoyable and pleasant, with many positive aspects that contributed to a comfortable experience. However, there was a significant issue with the bathroom that detracted from the overall satisfaction. The bathroom was not clean, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the tub was rusty, which not only looked unappealing but also raised concerns about hygiene and safety. To make matters worse, there was leftover hair from previous guests, which was both unhygienic and uncomfortable. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall experience and ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

I really liked this hotel! The property was nice and so were the rooms. The staff was kind and helpful. I loved the cafe. The outside area was a fun place to hang out with the kids, the only complaint I have is the tile around the pool gets very slippery when wet so my little one fell when walking. Otherwise no complaints!
