This updated two story townhouse is located on North Hutchinson island in Fort Pierce. It is in a quiet neighborhood within a block of one of the best beaches in Florida. Walk to the jetty and watch the surfers catching waves. Each bedroom has a queen bed and it's own private full bathroom. New bedding, towels and sheets provided. Beach chairs and umbrella provided for your use. Kitchen is fully appointed with all that's needed to make your own meals. However, within a few miles there are many dining options.

The townhouse has been upgraded with impact/hurricane windows. Any traffic or outside noises are muffled and unnoticeable. It has also been modified to include 2 full baths upstairs and a powder room downstairs. Each bedroom has blackout shades, perfect for a good night's sleep. Bedding and mattresses are new. This place is very comfortable and feels like a home away from home. Everyone who has stayed says how much they love the privacy. We've done our best to provide everything you need for a carefree vacation.

There are quite a few parks nearby with great trails and sidewalks for walking and biking. Pepper Park has free tennis, pickle ball and volley ball courts. Take a boat ride from the Fort Pierce Marina to watch dolphins and manatees at play. Rent a kayak on the causeway or take a guided kayak tour. Fish from the beach or local pier or go out on a fishing charter located just minutes away. There are many golf courses in the area as well.
