As you enter the unit, look to the right and you will find a well equipped kitchen to be the perfect place to prepare a meal. Enjoy dining at the kitchen island or at the table in the dining area as you relish the view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has comfortable furniture with a smart TV ready for you to sign in with your streaming service. The split floor plan offers a main bedroom with a comfortable King size bed that enjoys even more tropical views and a private ensuite bathroom.

At the other end of the unit you will find the second bedroom with two twin beds which shares easy access to the full guest bathroom. Adjacent is a quiet office space perfect for getting some work done when not at play. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer located inside of the unit.

Grab breakfast, lunch or a waterfront seafood dinner before stopping for an ice cream and doing some window shopping at Santini Plaza (expected to reopen Fall 2024). Publix Supermarket is located just a short drive away or head off the island to Wal-Mart, Aldi or Target for your grocery needs.

Times Square is about 5 miles North where you will find bustling restaurants and bars that have reopened since Hurricane Ian. Drive south for just a few minutes to Lover's Key State Park and enjoy the breathtaking nature and beauty the park has to offer. Take pleasure in the endless recreational activities of Florida's Paradise Coast such as golfing, water-sports and wildlife watching. Complete the day by watching the sun disappear into the Gulf of Mexico. Head to downtown Fort Myers, the City of Palms, for a dose of history and some nightlife.

Conveniently access I75 by driving north to Fort Myers or south to Bonita Springs. Southwest Florida International Airport is about a 45 minute drive, Punta Gorda Airport is about 1 hour and 15 minutes and Sarasota Bradenton Airport, Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Miami International Airport are all approximately two hours away.
