"The room appeared clean until we actually started paying attention. The towels were not white they were dirty and dingy and had not only hair in them but 2 towels had dead bugs. The tub was dirty and had a black film around it. There was a stain on the toilet that we ended up cleaning. I did not like the fact that we payed a host fee but was required to leave the place like we found it (empty the trash and take it down to the dumpster etc) check in and check out were easy to follow and the kids...

"This property was well equipped and very clean. The spaces were comfortable and the location was great. We liked being away from all the tourist traps and enjoyed the private beach. The only glitch was they had a smart thermostat that had the fan locked in the on position. It ran 24/7 even when we didnt want it. When we contacted the owners we didnt get a response. Otherwise it was a great experience."

"A little pricey but is probably comparable to others of this caliber. Very clean and all beds were extremely comfortable. Beautiful ocean view. Great fishing. Great WiFi. Host was great and accommodating and very nice. House well stocked with more than what we needed. Would rent again in a heartbeat if we wanted to comeback at a cheaper time of year. We loved staying here. The only inconvenience was the drive to a grocery store (about 20 miles) but we cooked a lot here so we had to go almost everyday which was our choice. I would recommend staying here to anyone!!! Worth it!!! Had a fantastic time!!"

It was right on the beach, but the actual walk to the water, because of the dunes, was farther than I expected.The unit was very comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. Parking was easy. You can drive right up to the unit. When sitting on the patio you had a great view of the grounds and the close by pool.The owner was very good about communication. She was very interested in any of your concerns. We will go back!"

"Location is great - less than a 1/4 mile walk to the beach. The beach is nice and wasn’t crowded even on the weekend. The house had a decent amount of privacy, unlike some other neighborhoods (like rookery for example). The outdoor shower was cool with lots of warm water. Kitchen had everything. Deck was great for watching the sky and listening to the waves. I wish the fold out couch was more comfortable, and the house smelled like mothballs. The smell didn’t bother me much after the first day. Overall I loved the house and the host made things easy."
