Clean and quiet. No too many options for the breakfast though. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’ll go back again.

The staff is always pleasant. I can walk to convenience stores and restaurants. Room is always clean. There could be more items on the breakfast.

We had no issues during our stay. Staff was friendly at check in and check out, room was clean and stocked with essentials. Hotel was quiet… no slamming doors or loud guests during the night.

My husband and I had to make a last minute booking and we were very please with the hotel we chosen. Plus it was close to a restaurant where we could walk and have breakfast.

This has to be the dirtiest hotel I have ever staying. The furniture and building was fine, but the filthy rooms were so gross we just wanted it to be the next day to check out and leave. We felt like we could get some infection of bed bugs or something it was so gross!

Don’t think the room was cleaned sufficiently. Found some pennies in the floor so the room was probably not vacuumed and found a pen head in the bed so the sheets were probably not changed

Convenient location however quite a lot of surrounding street noise, etc. The area doesn’t feel very safe and only a couple of the staff members were friendly. Would not return based on the amount of nearby hotel options in the same price range.

No frills good experience
I stayed here for 3 nights when visiting a friend in the Charlotte area. I pretty much knew what I was getting into, and adjusted my expectations. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the person overnight! The building itself needs a facelift, it's pretty worn. The room was clean but smelled like heavy perfume the entire time. Breakfast was underwhelming, and I didn't use the gym. The pool was closed as well but it was very cold anyway. This is a no frills hotel but it wasn't too bad of an experience. I really wanted quiet and clean and it pretty much checked the boxes.

Sink was clogged. Room was not cold AC was working but off when checked in. Room was on 2nd floor. Receptionist was helpful after complaints he showed me the other eoom on 2nd floor . Which has smell of smoke . I denied tban he gave us room on 4th floor which was OK

Nice but NO ESPN in english!!
Rooms need a little work, but overall clean. There during bowl season and the only ESPN chanel was in Spanish. Breakfast needs a little work. Will be going back to Comfort Inn across the street.

I reserved two rooms, got there and they only had one room for us. They had no more vacancies so we had to find a different hotel even though my receipt and confirmation clearly said "two rooms reserved".

Quick stop to break up two days of driving south.
Very happy with the hotel. It was clean and in good condition. The room was very nice. The only issue was the tv. The picture was all scrambled. Didn’t care because we were just stopping in as a half way point to Florida. The man at the front desk, Roger, was extremely nice and very helpful. The price was very reasonable. $100 Canadian all in. ($70US at the current rate). We would definitely stop in again. There are also restaurants right next door.
