The hotel clerk mentioned that it was “finicky” but “broken” would be more accurate. Towels smelled like smoke. The walls were stained and filthy. The decorative shower curtain was placed inside the tub to conceal the yellow stains. The refrigerator and the heater were so loud - between them, it was difficult to sleep.
