Room was great, clean and powerful AC .. staff very friendly. However there always a fight outside on the hallway between a couple which brought the cops out and got pretty messy.

I appreciate the improvement with security door to enter stairs and elevators but i still think a physical security officer should be in the back area to avoid drud peddlers. Otherwise i had an excellent stay

Unfortunately I can’t give a higher rating, solely because my room had an infestation of German roaches. In the evening I only noticed a couple of small ones, so zipped my luggage and didn’t worry about it. In the morning, they were all over the floors. Hopefully the property can get this under control. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was fine. It just needs to be bug free. :/

This property is very “tired”, but the staff was outstanding! We needed a post-cruise, pre-flight day room, and they got us into a room at 9:00am! Very accommodating and courteous. Unfortunately, without our own vehicle, we were in a very isolated area, so there wasn’t much to do. Great eatery next door, though, and free shuttle to the airport!!!!

I chose to stay at this hotel because it offers free airport pick up from Fort Lauderdale and free shuttle service to the cruise port.. it was only to sleep in for the night before our cruise so it served its purpose. Nothing around this hotel.. an over priced food truck in the parking lot was the only dinner option. Luckily right next door was a another hotel that had a restaurant attached to it so we ate there.

There was a large green booger with a nose hair in the middle of the wall in the bathroom. The floor was really dirty....I had a shower and a few min after getting out and walking around the room my feet were dirty.
The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. The linen was clean. I wouldn't stay again cause the booger really disturbed me.

Phones didn't work in either room. A/c didn't work in 1 room and barely worked in the other. Staff were gruff to put it mildly and aggressively rude to put it accurately. Mosquitoes and sand fleas or bed bugs in both rooms. Forced to leave deposit... Who does that?!?! STAY AWAY

Dirty, stinks like cigarette smoke, access to the rooms is very inconvenient, there were kids screamingoast 1:00 a m aplaying at the pool, a lot humidityin the rooms, overallhorrible experience. The only reason I didn't cancel the reservation was because I paid ahead. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is so shabby. Ferrell cats roam all around the pool area using the landscape area as a litter box. Absolutley no amenities. Such as breakfast area. The pool was not heated and locked a lot of the time. Room smelled like weed. That being said it has a new office/ entrance being built but it will have a long way to go to clean up the interior of the building.
