The resort fee is per day and paid directly to hotel at check-in. This fee includes access to the beach and pool. The beach will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella under that fee. Guests are required to pay a daily Resort Fee for amenity access as following:

Resort Fee is $40.00 Per day for 1 - 14 days stay
Resort Fee is $35.00 Per day for 14- 29 days stay
Resort Fee is $30.00 Per day for 30 days or more.

VALET FEES
1-7 DAYS RATE- $35.00 TAX/ DAY
8 DAYS ON - $30.00 TAX / DAY NON- HOTEL GUESTS $50.00 TAX/DAY NO OVERNIGHT VISITOR PARKING
30 DAY STAY MONTHLY H RATE $650 + tax/MONTH

Hotel will take a deposit hold $250 on a credit card for incidentals.

Minimum age to check-in is 21 years old, if not accompanied by a parental guardian.

RULES AND PENALTIES
- Always wear shoes, shirts and cover-ups in the lobby (THIS WILL CARRY A PENALTY OF $100)
- Wristbands MUST BE WORN to provide access to floors, pool, restaurant, gym, spa, and beach.
- Failure to wear wristband = PENALTY OF $100 AND REMOVAL FROM POOL AND BEACH AREA
- Lost wristband, need to be replaced ($20 fee will be charged)
- Improper trash violation fee = $100
**trashed must be disposed of in the trash chute located by the elevators on each floor**
- children wearing diaper must wear swimming diapers

After hours:
4pm - 8am
$25+tax per package

CARD ONLY - NO CASH
- credit card will cover the daily resort fee
- wristbands are provided at the reception to access the pool, restaurant, pool, gym, and beach
- Beach service is provided by the Hyde Resort and Residences BEHIND APOGEE BUILDING
- Service is first come first served (2 chairs, 1 umbrella)
- parties are PROHIBITED and it is FORBIDDEN to throw objects from the balcony

TOWEL SERVICE CARD
- Pool and Beach service card will be given upon check-in
- Present the towel service card at the pool/ beach to claim one towel per guest
- Towel must be returned the same day to avoid $50 fine per towel
- Towels are not allowed to be removed from the pool or beach area
- Return the towel service card at the front desk at check-out to avoid $40 fine per non returned card.
