This cute, comfortable two-bedroom unit was just remodeled with a new bathroom vanity, an entire floor, and new refrigerator, Flat Screen TVs in the living room and master bedrooms, and internet. It is on the waterway with a dock and pool.
Completely set up with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the view and the nearby beach.

This unit is a DUPLEX with a pool shared by both sides.
The homeowner reserves the right to change the unit as booked based on availability. All apartments' layouts and features are the same, and some colors may vary.

"Rental Agreement must be handwritten, signed, and sent to us, including a copy of IDs for each person (18 years old and up) who will stay in the house.
The Rental Agreement can not be changed. You should not book this property if you disagree with our conditions. I appreciate your understanding."
