- Situated on a 2 acre private treed lot with over 100 ft of private beach water frontage. This beautiful home is fully equipped with hard wood floor & tile through out, spacious living room, multiple bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry room, large porch & BBQ area, The views to Lake Erie are spectacular!
On the main floor large hall with closet, 3 pc bathroom, large new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining room & large family/living room, wood burning fireplace, 55" smart TV over fireplace, WIFI available.
On the second floor, all bedrooms with beautiful views to treed lot and Lake Erie, laundry room and 3pc bath. Hardwood & tile throughout.
On the third floor, gorgeous master bedroom with seating area, 1 King bed, closet & 4pc master en-suite. Hardwood & tile throughout with spectacular beach and lake views.
Outdoor porch with ample space to escape the sun without compromising the views. BBQ area and outdoor dining. Step down to the beach and enjoy the sand and the crystal clear water Lake Erie has to offer. Shallow and safe for swimming with white sandy bottom. This home is available for rental year round.
