"The staff are nice as can be and the room was a good size, but travelers should know this is a noisy, dark, old roadside motel. The walls and doors are thin, the bathroom wall had been treated for mold multiple times (and still had a dripping sound behind it), the floor was sticky, and a single window per room, the place was just dark. "

"Breakfast needs some work...frozen breakfast sandwiches just sitting out (already thawed), boiled eggs were just sitting out (not sure how long). You would think being this far out that a better breakfast would be provided. Other than that the room and staff were amazing"

"This home is immaculate! Definitely at the top of our list for vacation rentals. The home was better stocked than my own home and the art work/decor was beautiful. The home has many windows , allowing you to take in the beauty of the nature that surrounds it. Also, huge kitchen table and wonderful outdoor patio with plenty of seating . And the large back yard was a plus. This home is also perfectly located, just 2 min from fort Davis main strip and less then 10 min to Davis mountains and 30 min to Marfa. Perfect location for day trips. This home was cozy, quiet, and comfortable and met all our needs. We hope to stay here again in the future!!! "
