Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This Guesthouse is a private oasis perfect for two! Enjoy Ranch Views on the peaceful edge of Marfa.

The Dickson Casita is a 500sf Guesthouse just West of the main building, The Dickson House which can be rented separately. The two properties are approximately 40ft apart.

LIVING:
A decadent studio space for two. A sofa, lounge chair and coffee table is perfect for relaxing with a good book.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, farmhouse sink and stocked cooking essentials.

QUEEN BED:
Leather headboard and large wall mount screen TV. Roku attachment for smart TV.

BATH:
Decadent soaking tub with large ranch window views. Dramatic lighting and beautiful blue stone tile floors.

PARK:
As always, free parking North of Casita. Please do not park between houses.

WIFI:
Great speed for working and multiple users.

AIR:
Central Air system to keep cool all summer long… and of course warm in the Winter.

CLEAN:
We take our cleaning seriously. We follow all protocols for your absolute comfort.

Lovely cottage, a few short blocks from town center, so feels ‘away’ but still immediately near everything. Cozy, cute, private, decor was well done, bed was extremely comfy, bathroom was awesome.Owners were lovely and accommodating as well. 12/10 would rent again.

Great little casita, clean, conveniently located, perfect for one or two people. We never could get the heat to work but the temp was still warm enough to be enjoyable.

Great stay. Easy going host. The train did wake us up during the small hours, but that'd be the case staying anywhere in Marfa, I'd think. Small, cute, quirky, rustic place. Tub edge is high off the ground, so just be careful getting in and out. Heating worked well.
