One of the bed spreads had stain after stain, the bathroom shower curtain smelled like urine. One of the locks for the main door was broken. There were crack heads just randomly walking around my vehicle constantly, what’s worse is I couldn’t get my money back from Expedia. I will never use this company again to rent a hotel much less a vacation home.

The Motel 6 in Ft. Collins is located directly off I-25, so is easy to get to, and has a frontage road with a light, so it's easy to get back onto the busy street. The sheets were clean and white, and the bed was comfortable. The towels were new and white, and I had 2 towels, two hand towels, and a washcloth, with two soap bars. The floor was clean. The accessible room had two parking spots directly out the door. The heat/AC worked well and was not annoying during the night. The staff at the front desk was friendly, and she spent a lot of time helping the person in front of me who needed a bit of extra help with their reservation and requests. She was very calm, efficient, and helpful.

The shower didn’t work. They didn’t refund my room. What’s more they attempted to break in to fix the shower while I was not dressed. I should have charged the owner with assault.

The front desk woman, hailey, was absolutely amazing. Wonderful girl. The morning lady with the curly hair and accent(didn’t catch her name) also was so sweet and did a great job. The male morning manager is also very polite. Great experience for the area. Good job!!!

I was a solo female and felt safe & comfortable at all times. Walking distance from gas stations and restaurants. Clean & tidy room but my bed was awful. It made for a poor night's rest. This was the only down side of the whole experience, but it's a big one, since I only needed the room for a bed for the night! Hence the 2 stars. FYI, standard rooms do not have a fridge or microwave. Quiet, Cozy, Great Value!

There were at least 5 flies in my first room so I asked to be moved. My second room was a little better no flies but there were gnats that fell from the bathroom lights into the sink. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. Outside on the walkways and landings there were large bags of trash every day that were not removed immediately. I didn’t expect much as its location is right off the highway but the inside of the rooms was atrocious. I stayed 3 nights and my room was never cleaned by any cleaning service. I will not rebook that hotel ever again.

Definitely worth the price you pay. Period.
Definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t expect anything fancy. It is what it is, a place to sleep. I would suggest bringing your own sheets, and cleaning supplies. They have done some remodeling. NOT in a good neighborhood…AT ALL. But again, worth the price you pay.

Sadly, our room had hairs in towels, in bed sheets, there were stains and cigarette burns on the comforters ( in a non- smoking room). There were sticky spots on the floor and the sink, desk top, the telephone, the bathroom countertop and tv remote were not wiped down or cleaned off. It was rather gross. The peep hole wasn’t completely in the door and was covered with some plastic bag over it. The heater didn’t work in the room either. The front desk lady was very kind and professional, but we will not return to this property.
