I was a little bummed that the pool and hot tub weren't working, but I understand why. (Pipe burst.) Other than that, the little fridge in my room needs recalibrating, as it wasn't very cold. When I first walked in, it was opened, which caused the "freezer" part to thaw. Also, the spray from the shower head is so wide that even with the curtain closed, it would create a pool of water on the floor. I had to use a towel to soak it up each time I showered. Other than these two minor issues, the room was great and the hotel was quiet. Thank you.

The man who works with the breakfast is very good. I also like the room design, especially bathroom design. The only thing I don’t like is the sound of closing doors, too loud. Other than that, everything is great!

The breakfast on the first morning was terrible. It was cold, and the worst i have had at a Holiday Inn Express. Our room temperature control was also messed up. When it was set at 69 degrees, it got to over 80 degrees. We had to set it to 63 degrees in order to make it comfortable.

This hotel continues to impress
This was our 3rd lengthy stay at this hotel (average of about 10 days per stay) and it continues to impress. Things just work right. The pool and hot tub are consistently available. Clean towels are always provided in the pool and fitness center. Ice machines on 1st and 4th floors never out of order. The breakfast is consistently good--although I wish they had scrambled eggs more often--and the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. I will continue to stay here when I come to Fort Collins.

Room location great!
Quiet location and convenient to restaurants. Front desk and breakfast staff friendly and helpful. Glad you allow pets which is great for us and our room was at the end of the hall which was perfect for us.

Been a long time since I have stayed in any sort of Holiday Inn. Very helpful, nice staff. Surprisingly good breakfast. Comfortable room in good condition.
