I stayed for one night as I was travelling. I was given a ground floor room nearest Reception which was subject to the noise of lots of children running to and from the swimming pool, I can imagine this would be one of the least popular rooms in the building. I would have like the breakfast to start earlier

Front desk staff was always so nice and helpful. Breakfast was yummy and pool area was clean. Our only issue was the beds were a little too firm and the bright flashing fire alarm in the room all night.

Clean, comfortable, competent welcoming staff, excellent healthy breakfast options with a great walking path across from the hotel with Rocky Mountains just outside your window. Absolutely book this hotel - we have stayed before and will stay again.

Hotel was very clean. The AGM was very friendly. Bed was on the hard side and you shouldn't serve the scrambled eggs. I would definitely stay again.

No Pressure In The Showers, If You Catch My Drift?
Great service, friendly staff and I was scared because it's been my wife's and my curse to go on a couple's trip and every single time there's a Unversity sporting team staying on the same floor as us so we get no sleep, but, this place did it smart and placed them somewhere else, the only times you ever heard loud voices was in the elevators, who cares about that? I digress, the issue was the bed, it's too low, a standard bed should be at knee height, this was half way down to my ankle, and I'm 6'5 nothing special, mine and my wife's back was in pain the next day, and the shower was NO PRESSURE. Don't get me wrong, I will never complain about a HOT shower, my house lasts for 20 minutes, this was ENDLESS, but no pressure is like someone pouring soft water on your head and calling it hard water which is what cleans you. No pressure, weak shower, designed to look like a Monsoon shower but it's weaker than the Holiday Inn.

I thought the beds were exceptionally comfy. They made my night sleep very, very nice. The shower made my hair feel like butter and the room was very spacious. I like the blue on the wall in the bathroom. The towels were very nice. They could get better hair dryers because they’re very loud and very, very hot. There could be more light in the room
