"We enjoyed the hotel very much. Staff attitude could be "hit or miss." We would have liked more breakfast options than just the set-price (expensive) menu. There was also often a lot of "banging" because of renovations/upkeep happening on other floors. Because of our hotels.com status, we were given 20% off food and beverage purchases, which was great, but the hotel charges a 10% "service charge" (not gratuity) on every receipt, so the 20% discount was halved."

The room was gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, while the balcony was the perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality made me feel valued throughout my entire stay. From the beautiful property and luxurious room to the incredible balcony and outstanding service, every detail came together perfectly. This was more than just a stay—it was a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway."

"Great stay at this condo! Beautiful spot right on the beach near the west end of the Great Bay beach. The condo was very clean and in great condition inside and out. Communications, check in/out were quick and easy. Many of the shops and restaurants cater to the cruise ship crowds and close down late afternoon as the ships depart. Chesterfields and the Greenhouse off the east end of the beach were reliably open late. Also, there's good locally brewed beer at the Dutch Blond Beach Bar and Restaurant.This is definitely a place worth coming back to!"
