Stayed for a week with all inclusive. Restaurants aren't too bad, pure ocean is the best for dinner but very expensive without all inclusive to go every night ($100 per person). Some staff members were exceptional and added to the experience while others seemed grumpy and bothered to do their job - although they all did do their job mostly well. Beaches are beautiful and the resort has a lot of the equipment for checkout or rent to go out on the water.

This is a great resort. We went with a few other families and stayed at the Oceans side. The rooms were great with nice kitchens so we could keep some food on hand. The water and beach are perfection. We went at a busy time of year but there were still enough beach chairs at pools and beach. Fun live music many nights. Easy to rent a car and explore the island too. The mini mart on property is reasonably priced for a resort. St. Maarten is beautiful! Highly recommend

We recently stayed here and my family and I are still obsessing over our time on St Maarten. We loved everything about our stay-the room was great, the food was delicious, the entertainment was perfect-shout out to Tony! and the staff so friendly! We loved being greeted by Mimi each morning at PureOcean. The front desk helped rebook us a room after a canceled flight home. Definitely choose the AI plan! We cannot wait to be back!

Excellent friendly staff. However, bathroom was not clean— hairs, etc on toilet, shower, floor. Desks in room with hairs, oil etc Beautiful views and location. Bed frame has corners that will cut/bruise you if you are not careful.

Eddie and the whole staff are phenomenal.. Sandy and Pierre at Gizmos made the day everyday for us... great beach and pools... only thing they need is more help!
