"If you are on a budget and want a place to stay right on the beach and everything nearby within walking distance then this is the best. The hotel is currently being remodeled with most rooms still very dated. Our room was very clean(cleaned every day of our stay), air conditioning was great, and very quiet. The hotel had good wi-fi, a pool and bar right on the beach where you could order food, a restaurant/coffee house, and a market which had everything from toothpaste to liquors which was very convenient. Tip - market prices are cheaper if you go into town. Beach chairs and umbrellas are free (just let them know you are staying at Seaview. The guys will bring you food and drinks right on the beach. The beach gets a little crowded on cruise ship days. Just check the cruise ship schedule - some days have no ships. You can walk to most everything but we did rent a car and explored the whole island during our week stay. You can rent a car for about $70 a day. With four of us a taxi was $40 to $50 to and from airport. Rental car is worth it if you want to go to other places on the island. Most things shutdown around 6 or 7 pm on the beach (there are few things open for dinner). Overall great place to stay if you don’t mind an outdated hotel room."

"We had a lovely stay at this loft. The views of the ocean were absolutely stunning. The pool was gorgeous and the host was kind and gracious. We loved their dogs and it made us miss our own! We didn’t cook but used the coffee machine and the fridge for drinks and snacks. The bed was super comfy and the shower was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to stay with incredible views. "

"Great views. Situauted a short drive to the beach and many really good restaurants. Kitchen well equiped. Outdoor shower really handy. Washer and dryer very convenient, made a longer stay much easier. The deck and pool overlooking the bay are fantastic. No sargassum seaweed on this side of the island. Site manager responded to any issues quickly. Note: there are stairs to get into the unit from the parking."
