"The location can not be beat in Palermo, walk out the door and there are restaurants, shopping and across the street is a small harbor for boating or swimming. It is a very festive city and this location puts you right in the center of it. My wife and I totally enjoyed our 12 day stay."

"The unique thing about the hotel is the helpfulness and dedication of the staff; specifically Dorotea the concierge. Dorotea was dedicated, helpful and provided excellent customer service. She made our stay a very nice one. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was a problem. The room and the lobby were hot; the staff gave us a stand fan so we can sleep at night."
