"A lovely, well equipped, comfortable house and garden, set among the olive terraces and with stunning views. We sat on the terrace and ate in the evening then sat by the wood burner when it got chilly. Great for walking up into the mountains (there is a footpath going by the garden) or down into the valley. "We, a family of four with two teenagers, really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings are great for walking and the view from the restaurant, which is right around the corner, is amazing! "The house was beautiful! The garden was well kept and we were given everything we needed. The only complaint I had was the ants. They somehow got on to the bed and we couldn't sleep properly. Also, there is no Air-conditioning, but the host provided portable fans that were kind of useful. The kitchen has everything you need and the backyard is great to chill. "Eine wundervolle Ruheoase auf einem riesen großen Grundstück. Es ist alles da, von der Einrichtung der Finca (speziell die Küchenausstattung bietet wirklich alles was man benötigt) über das Poolzubehör bis hin zu den Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. "We booked Sa Raconada through Homerti. Appart from a small issue with a link for credit card payments, that was sorted by the Homerti staff very quickly, the whole process was very smooth. Customer service was superb, we also booked a hire car and found this service to be, the best experience of hiring a car we had ever had. We most certainly will use both services again. "Villa was beautiful, clean and catered for all. Toni the manager was easy to contact and always available when needed. 3 bedrooms accommodated for our family 5 of us comfortably. Pool and gardens were a good size. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Villa is about 15 minutes Drive from Palma/airport and less than an hour to almost everywhere else on the island. "The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. "Pros: Die Dachterrasse ist schön und groß. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut . Cons: Durch die niedrigen Temperaturen im März 23 merkte man, dass eine Heizung fehlte , nur mit Klimaanlagen heizen geht nicht und erhöht nur die Stromkosten, die separat bezahlt werden müssen. Leider hat sich dadurch Schimmel an einer Wand im Schlafzimmer gebildet. Eigentlich hätte man vom Mietpreis etwas ersetzt bekommen müssen."
