Welcome to this magnificent rustic house for 6 guests within an olive grove of the charming village of Fornalutx. Being able to enjoy the special and beautiful exterior will be a real privilege. Surrounded by pure nature, the property features a spacious furnished terrace to spend great moments with your family or friends outdoors. You can have breakfast, lunch or dinner alfresco or simply sit and taste a glass of wine revelling in the peace of the mountain and village views. There is a barbecue available but please mind that it is forbidden to light fire from May 1 to October 15 in this forest area.
The construction is very cosy and charming thanks to its natural stone. It is distributed over two levels and, upon entering, you will find a comfortable living-dining area with an open kitchen. Here you have two sofas where you can rest and relax while watching satellite TV, listening to music or simply reading a book. This will be especially wonderful in winter next to the wood-burning stove. The induction kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. For resting, there are 3 bedrooms located on floor -1, all with wardrobe, a fan and a radiator. Two of them have a double bed and the third has two single beds. If needed, we will prepare a cot and a high chair for you. There are two bathrooms serving the whole house, one with a shower on the main floor and another with a bathtub on floor -1.
The house is located almost 4 km away from Fornalutx and only 500 metres from the impressive look-out of "Ses Barques" where you will admire the stunning views. Fornalutx is a small charming village in the Tramuntana mountain range where you will be able to know the essence and nature of the island. The village offers basic grocery shops but you can do major shopping in Soller which is about 15 minutes drive away and also really worth a visit.

The house was beautiful, in an amazing location fairly isolated in the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range above Fornalutx. The listing does not mention the restaurant/bar that is literally across the road with an amazing view of Port de Soller and the sparkling Mediterranean which is a huge bonus!!! Should be in the listing as an amenity.A couple things that could be addressed in the kitchen. The coffee maker is takes 1/2 hour to brew a pot and the could use some basics like larger sized bowls and baking trays/pyrex. Lastly the queen bed is uncomfortable with a big void in the middle...I read about this in another review and it remains to be a problem. Otherwise, great house in a beautiful location.

We had an amazing week and the house was great!
We, a family of four with two teenagers, really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings are great for walking and the view from the restaurant, which is right around the corner, is amazing! The house is close to the road and one day there where a lot of motorcycles, but besides that it's a very quiet place, perfect for relaxing. There are many places to sit in the sun and you can even cook outside and have a BBQ. It's about 15/20 minutes to Port Soller, where you can find a supermarket and go to the beach. There aren't many other beaches close by and it takes some curvy mountain roads to get to and from the house, but in our opinion it was really worth it!
Thank you for your hospitality, we had an amazing week and the house was great! We really liked walking in the beautiful surroundings and we did enjoy the company of the sheep ;)

Great location with stunning views from the terrace.
We spent Christmas at Can Tumerris. The location is great with stunning views from the terrace. It is right next to a bar-restaurant with one of the best panoramic views on the island. It is 10 mn away from the pittoresque village of Fornalutx and from Soller, among olive and orange and lemon trees. A paradise for hikers or people looking for a retreat (however the mountain road underneath can be quite busy with roaring motorcycles on week-ends). The rental is managed by an agency that provides good information. The owner was welcoming and helped us when the washing machine broke down. The inner space is cosy but it was not so easy to keep all the rooms warm in winter nights. It would be convenient to provide some dry wood as the one we bought was not so good. Woodfire not included in the winter. Add 8E per day and still a bit hard to heat up (no bathroom heating). All in all a pleasant stay in one of the most scenic areas of Mallorca.

Maison isolée dans la montagne très agréable pour une famille de 5. Tout a été parfait, la grande terrasse avec les parasols pour le petit déjeuner, l’apéritif et le dîner. Situé à 5 mn en voitures de fornalutx, à 1/4 d’heure de Sóller et de port Sóller.
I did not like: Il a fait tellement chaud (33 degrés) que les ventilateurs ne suffisaient pas à refroidir la maison (sans climatisation).

la petite maison est très coquette et agréable, même si l'on était en hauteur de la route de tramuntana les matinées et soirées sont très tranquiles. La maison est sur un départ pour pas mal de randonnées et c'était top. Pour ceux qui veulent la plage vraiment à côté ce n'est pas pour vous, mais si vous chercher une combinaison avec de la rando et montagne c'est vraiment bien. Les gens de Homerti sont avenants et arrangent les choses si nécessaire.

Schönes Haus, ideale Ausgangslage für Wanderungen im Tramuntana-Gebirge. Süd- u. West-Terrasse, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, von der Strasse nicht einsehbar. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schnelles WLAN. Über den Mißbrauch der benachbarten Ma-10 als Motorrad-Rennstrecke haben die anderen Vormieter sich ja bereits ausgelassen, dies ist v.a. an den Wochenenden in der Tat störend. Die Räume im Souterrain sind etwas feucht und muffelig (zumindest während unserer Reisezeit Anfang November), so dass die Klamotten immer etwas klamm waren.

Diese Lage ist perfekt für Wander-Ausflüge in der Region. Es war sehr nett, dass der Gastgeber uns bei Ankunft Wasser, Brot, Aufschnitt und Obst bereitgestellt hat. Das hat uns die Ankunft absolut versüßt. Als die Kaffeemaschine kaputt ging, wurde uns keine fünf Stunden später eine neue gebracht. Super Service! Vielen Dank auch an Homerti für die gute und reibungslose Kommunikation! Gerne jederzeit wieder.
Wir konnten eine Woche lang die wunderbare Außenküche nutzen. Die große Terrasse lädt zu einem Urlaub unter freiem Himmel ein. Die Schlafräume in der unteren Ebene ist allerdings nicht für Asthmatiker zu empfehlen.
This is such a lovely place to get away from it all... although it is actually only 10 minutes outside the village, this finca feels like a little hide away. It is pristine inside and out, with two cats for company and easy access to walks and local services.

Wir waren für eine Wanderwoche in der Unterkunft. Es ist eine schöne Unterkunft, um von dort diverse Wanderungen unternehmen zu können. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und Wanderwege in verschiedene Richtungen. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Im Haus war alles enthalten, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Schöner Außengrill.
