Une fois arrivé sur place, personne pour nous guider mais j'ai réussi finalement à avoir une personne au téléphone... La propriétaire est aussi mécontente que nous, l'agence n'est jamais venu les voir, l'adresse GPS est fausse. "We stayed at Tent Arenal with our family, including our children, during our trip to S'Arenal. I have to say that the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay truly enjoyable. They really went above and beyond, and we are very grateful for their hospitality. The only downside is that I don't think this hotel is particularly suitable for families with children. During the high season, there are many German and Dutch guests, and unfortunately some of them behave quite poorly. There was a lot of drinking, loud shouting, and noise late at night and again early in the morning, which was disturbing for families trying to sleep. Fortunately, the wonderful staff made our stay worthwhile despite this. One suggestion for improvement would be to enforce the no-smoking policy more strictly. Smoking is not allowed around the pool area, but some guests ignored the rule without being reminded, which affected the experience for others."

"Disappointed only 1 pool open, was very busy Having to go from one building to another for meals when there is another restaurant which isn't being used isn't great either especially with how busy that was! Then not having half the drink machines on which caused big Ques especially for hot drinks on a morning!! I really like the hotel and this isn't my only stay here so I was disappointed!"
