The hotel was nice but the bed and the pillows are so hard that made it difficult to sleep. All the rest was good… parking is convenient and there are some restaurants …even a McDonald’s across from the hotel.

Good but could do better!
It was fine - nice helpful girls on reception, comfy bed, nice outdoor space with the room. Pool and gym ok. Used both. My only gripe was I booked the room with kitchen facilities and it was completely bare. You had to pay extra for the contents. What a ridiculous idea….disappointing.

I should have known not to stay at this hotel from the beginning. I asked if they could provide a car service to pick up my kids and me from the train station they said no. Once I got to the train station it took about 3 hours for us to get a taxi to the hotel because we were in the middle of nowhere. Then we finally get to the hotel and the bathroom had huge ants crawling all over the bathroom vanity, sink, walls, toilet and shower. It was disgusting and when brought to the hotel staffs attention they’re solution was to have housekeeping come kill the ants. To me this was very rude and disgusting. They did nothing to try and make me feel better about my stay. I will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Dear Mimi,Our hotel is at a 3 hours distance from Milan airport and we advised you about that since the first mail you sent. The taxi service, as written on our website, is available if paid, and it was proposed to you by email. Seen the price, you decided to refuse it.The ants were in the room because of your food leftover everywhere on the floor. We offered to you to come and solve the problem with insect repellent, which you refused. We did everything possible to address your problems based on our capacities, which were refused. Lovely short break to see Harry Styles. Hotel pool and restaurant were a lovely surprise and the people on reception were always very helpful and friendly.

Motel or Hotel?
It was a very comfortable and spacious room, but a bit on the pricey side. We opted for half board, but on entering the restaurant and choosing a meal we were told of the restrictions of half board, which was a bit embarrassing. The food however was very nice. Breakfast also was very good. Our room was not part of the main hotel building, more like a motel room. The restaurant was a walk across from the hotel and room, it was raining the night we were there and our feet got wet in the small puddles accumulating on the floor in both directions.

We had 3 rooms. 2 rooms excellent. However 1 room, the shower was not draining and the fridge was not working. The lobby staff was helpful in trying to find another fridge from another room, but they were mounted. We were there 2 nights, however maintenance staff still had not fixed it before our second night. So shower was unpleasant as could not shower for more than 30sec before it would about overflow the shallow shower basin. And could not keep drink cold in fridge when outside we had high 30's degrees. The pool area gets very busy with locals who come for the day.

How funny, we were in Modena. Home of Ferrari. So we were kind of expecting top notch lodging. However, the hotel just felt old and tired. The shower was tiny (even for European standards), overall look was old and out of date; the partner restaurant was really low-end. So, it was a mistake staying here.

Good place to stay if you have a car or are happy to stay and use the facilities of the hotel. Not suitable if you have no transport and want to spend your time in the town. Taxis take about 15 mins to get to the town and cost around €20. The hotel can get taxis into the town but it is extremely difficult to get return taxis and we decided it was too risky after the first evening to venture into town and be sure to be able to get a taxi back as early as 10pm. Having said that the restaurant next door is very good, it’s just that we had hoped to spend the evenings in town. I should add that we had originally booked accommodation in town but we found out they had double booked us 36 hours before arrival and all the in town accommodation was fully booked. I’m sure this hotel is a great choice if it meets your needs, it just didn’t meet ours.

Great property with fantastic facility. Family friendly. Pet are allowed in the rooms but not in the garden or near the swimming pool areas. Although we have VIP status, free drink, the hotel did not offered one and we had to pay for our own drinks. Overall good stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The lady at the front desk was great. She was friendly. The room was nice and clean. The restaurant was really good with great service and outdoor seating area. Everyone really tried to make us feel safe and comfortable.

The location was good for visiting Modena, Bologna, Parma and Reggio Emilia. The staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good, as was the restaurant beside the hotel. Very good value for money.

Great hotel with great service
Lovely hotel, very clean throughout. We had a suite (for 4) which was well set up for a family of 4 with plenty of room and a private terrace/garden area. Much more effective air conditioning in room than is the norm. Good small indoor pool and large outdoor pool with pool bar, kids pool and jacuzzi. Every member of staff could not have been more helpful - service brilliant. Adjoining restaurant served lovely Italian food (plus the hotel breakfast) and there is a great pizzeria in walking distance. Easy access to the Ferrari and Lamborghini museums and to Modena and Bologna. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Felt we got a great hotel for our money.

Stayed here with my 11 year old son so we could visit all the car museums. Beautiful clean hotel, with good facilities (indoor and outdoor pools) and very helpful and friendly staff would highly recommend this hotel

1. Room is very small, no slippers, very simple inside. Pool is so small. I wonder why this is called a resort??!! It's more like Motel!!! But the price I paid was MORE than other real resorts I have stayed with 2. Maid took away the electricity card when I went back to the room at midnight after long day's work. So I couldn't turn the lights on in the room and had to walk all the way to the front desk and ask them to give me the electricity card back. What the H***!!! I was so mad. 3. Room phone didn't work. Can't even make a phone call to the front desk. Had to walk all the way (it's a long way) to front desk for every little thing! I let the front desk know the phone problem but was never fixed in the many days I stayed there. 4. Told the front desk to call a taxi for me in the morning, then told them to change the time (2 hours later for the taxi). But they forgot to change the time! Taxi driver came on the old time....

X-Great especially for families with small kids
The hotel was wonderful in all ways. The service was very friendly, the rooms were large (we had a family room for 4 and had two separate bedrooms). The hotel area with the two pools was very nice and the children pool was fantastic. Even our 3-year-old could reach the pool floor. There was also a really nice pool indoors. There was a great playroom for the kids. They absolutely loved it. A really big room. There was also a small play corner in the breakfast area with special treats for the kids. The breakfast was 4 euros extra, but really worth the money! I really can recommend this hotel and will definitely be back when I'm around the area.
