"The hotel was great, staff were very helpful, location was perfect for exploring, off the main road so was quiet but very close to subway and city centre. Laundry room proved useful for us although it can be exceptionally busy. Our child's breakfast was not bookable via expedia so assumed it was already - apparently it wasn't. I think this was expedia at fault for not providing the option but could have been staff training. We were able to get early check in at 0600 which was very much appreciated. Overall very good experience."

"I feel like this location is very good to go to most if not all major sightseeing areas. The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful in helping us find the luggage our airlines had lost. "Cannot beat the location! Shops and street food right outside the hotel. Also right across from Starbucks for our early morning coffee fix and served as a good reference point. Very friendly hotel staff who spoke english and were very helpful and accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to friends visiting Beijing. "
