"This hotel is very aesthetically pleasing, with a trendy, photo-ready bar and lobby—there were multiple people doing photoshoots during our stay. That said, the first thing you notice is a strong perfume scent throughout the first floor. At first I thought it was other guests, but it’s actually the hotel itself. The downstairs areas look great but can feel crowded depending on how busy it is (though that may just be part of being in New York). The overall vibe leans toward a younger, party-focused crowd. Between the suggestive artwork and the club right next to the entrance, it doesn’t feel very family-friendly. The elevator system requires you to tap and select your floor before entering. It works fine once you figure it out, but it’s not intuitive—I saw multiple guests struggle with it. Our room was nice, but didn’t match what we booked. We paid for a king with a city view but got a queen with a partial view that mostly overlooked a daycare. When we asked, we were told some rooms don’t actually have a full view, so keep that in mind. Also, we found a dried contact lens on the floor, which was concerning. Overall, great aesthetic, but better suited for a younger, nightlife-oriented crowd than families or quieter travelers."

"The hotel was nice but the first room we got was NOT CLEAN. There was a dirty towel and hand print on the shower glass. And the room smelled awful. I did get a new room immediately Allen I reported it but it left a bad taste in my mouth about the cleanliness of the hotel. We also were not informed at construction was going and it was very loud"

"It’s a beautiful hotel super close to soho, local bars and restaurants. Rooms are quite small with not much storage for personal things. We everyone was super nice besides one bartender on the rooftop bar. "
