"we were initially put into their worst room im sure. it had torn curtains, dirty floors, workmen tools in the bathroom and wood dust even on the toilet seat, dusty shoe prints on the seat bench, peeled desk-chair, dried spill marks on furniture, gum on sofa... it was unbelievable! i was so upset. My husband spoke with them and they instantly apologized and gave us a very clean room with none of the problems. i felt very disrespected and profiled (I am African-Canadian). "

"Parking was $20 and was in the parkade behind the hotel, which was safe and secure and had a tunnel from the parkade to the hotel, which was nice!"

"Room was clean, staff friendly, breakfast was alright, some dishes were empty when we got there and were still empty 15 minutes later. Parking was fine except I don’t believe we should have to pay for parking!! You spend an outrageous amount on the room, parking should not be an extra charge!!"

"Discovered door would not lock when trying to leave for supper but couldn’t call down to front desk as phone didn’t work either. Missed super reservations waiting then had to change rooms. Once got new room went for supper and came back and keys didn’t work. Ran out of milk at continental breakfast and eggs/sausages were cold. "
