"The food was good, the room was clean, but there was no water in the jacuzzi. My remote was working sometimes, kept having problems changing the channels. The toilet barely flushed, you had to stand there push the handle twice and hold it completely down while the water took a minute to go down, And of course the elevators is still broken. Everytime I come one elevator is out of service, and one take you to different floors that you didn’t press. The one that do work the lights on it don’t work so you don’t know if the button is pressed or not so somebody always try another floor to see if it light up, then we do extra stops that’s not needed making the ride even longer. Other then all that the food and drinks were good, and the staff were friendly. They really need to fix those things, then I I’ll be able to say it’s my favorite hotel again."

"The hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The check in lady was beyond unprofessional from the first moment. Everything is super dirty and old. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. Good food and clean court. Otherwise I will never stay there again. Also charged me $25 for early checkin when the expedia email clearly stated the check in times. "

"Excellent Hotel Staff Are Extremely Friendly Comfortable Beds Excellent Showers! Breakfast Was Amazing Something For Everyone! Location is close to Everything! We loved having Whole Foods across the street Over Night Parking $20 per Day ! Never Used The Pool I used the gym it was well equipped! Spent 5 days Very Satisfied with our stay!"
