For a short stay, it was fine. Room was clean, however I noticed not cleaned when we left in the afternoon. Breakfast is not the best, but for something quick it works. La Quinta is not the same as it used to be, but if all you need is a good clean room and a bed for a couple nights, its fine. The mattress is horrible! I woke up with the worst pain in my hip.

Staff was not immediately available upon my arrival. Had to wait to check in until someone decided to come to the front desk. Upon going to my room, which was on the 2nd floor., there were large bags of trash sitting outside of peoples rooms. Not appealing at all!

Tout était moyen de l’accueil à la chambre mais le plus terrible c’est que ça sentait le pot partout dans l’hôtel. Je ne sais pas si c’est qu’ils font de la culture hydroponique mais la Quinta devrait faire quelque chose car ça ternit leur réputation. Le réfrigérateur ne refroidissait pas car le congélateur était un bloc de glace.

Price was ok. The washing machine was broken. They do not do housekeeping every day unless you ask. Some of the staff was very helpful (thanks Michelle!),but some of the staff was fairly useless. The breakfast had very disappointing eggs. In terms of bread, all they had was white! It is an adequate hotel.. Nothing special. Not sure if I would stay here again. Also booking through Expedia was very disappointing. We wanted to check out a day early.. My chat with an Expedia person yielded that the guy at the front desk "Patrick" said that they could not refund any days.. First there was no way the guy at the front desk was named Patrick, secondily, when I got on the phone the next day with Expedia at the front desk, the hotel person said no problem!! The answer the prev night was total bs!!

The lady at the front desk in the afternoon was nice and got me some extra towels. And that's where the help and kindness ended. We were there for a horse show over the 4th and thought we'd try this hotel since it was dog friendly and we sometimes travel with our dogs. Our room was an adjoining room and the guests next to us had a dog that barked constantly. If someone walked down the hallway, the dog barked. If you had the TV on and a male was speaking, the dog barked. At 11:30 at night I called down to the front desk to see if they could call next door to see if they could get their dog to stop barking. He said he would, but the barking kept going on. At 1:30 in the morning, I call down again and no one's there to answer. I try again 10 minutes later and still no one. It wasn't until after 2am that I was finally able to reach someone at the front desk. I politely explain that I need to be up at 5am and if there was another room that he could move me to. He said they're full. I ask if he could give me some form of discount for my stay, and he rudely tells me that if I pack up and leave the property right now, he'll refund 1 nights stay, and then abruptly hung up on me. My teenage daughter who was in no mood to sleep in the truck, convinced me to stay. So we stayed until 5am, and left with our things... and dozens of unwanted flea bites all over our bodies.

We were disappointed in this hotel. It was definitely a no frills hotel which would have been okay except for several issues. We stayed 3 nights and the first day our room wasn't cleaned. It was cleaned the next day after we notified the front desk. Also the elevator sounded like it was going to break down at any moment. We were on the third floor and after the first day, we used the stairs. The breakfast was fine except they ran out of eggs one of the days. Nothing was that terrible, but I wouldn't stay there again.
