"Hot tub was perfect and had privacy curtains which was nice. Enclosed backyard making it very pet friendly, kitchen stocked with necessary supplies to do all the cooking, quiet location, good for large family. Plenty of towels and blankets. Pictures and description were accurate. "

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house met our needs as a place to stay while we explored Sedona each day. It would have been nice to have control over the air conditioning, as the main floor tended to get warm during the day. The hot tub wasn’t clean when we arrived, but management responded quickly and sent someone out the next morning to take care of it. Overall, the house felt clean and was a decent place to stay, though it wasn’t one of our favorites."

"I wish we had more positive things to say, but unfortunately our experience with this VRBO host was the perfect example of the growing trend where vacation rentals charge hotel-level prices while delivering… a very enthusiastic fraction of hotel-level service and cleanliness. Upon arrival we found leftover clothing, a used vape, and popcorn kernels sprinkled across the couch. The bathroom had a dirty, wet shower rug that we ended up cleaning and laying out to dry ourselves. We discovered we had run out of toilet paper and after searching every drawer, closet, and pantry, we reluctantly messaged the already irritated host. His response:“There should have been two rolls in the bathroom.” Eventually he agreed to send a DoorDash delivery of toilet paper later that day, which seemed to cause him deep personal inconvenience. We had a few other disappointing experiences during our stay that no paying guest should have to deal with. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with both the condition of the property and the host’s attitude toward paying guests. "

"The cabin was very clean. The properly manager was clear and concise with instructions. Our family of 6 and our pets had plenty of space and were very comfortable. Neighborhood was VERY quiet. Short drive to many amenities. Back patio perfect for stargazing. "

"place had everything we needed - it was a perfect size for a family with two little ones. We would have loved to hangout outside on the patio furniture but unfortunately with toddlers and stairs we stuck to hanging out indoors which was no issue at all. Host was reachable if we needed anything and we had no issues. There's a small fenced area which is perfect for dogs/kids. The door windows don't have coverings/shutters so if you're spooked at night (like I can be) just a heads up!"
