"My husband and I had a wonderful anniversary stay at this home in Oak Creek Canyon at Junipine Resort. The location was perfect for our daily hiking adventures, and we especially appreciated being away from the crowds of downtown Sedona.The home was very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Our host, Benicio, was excellent—responsive and helpful both before and during our stay.The only minor inconvenience was the Wi-Fi and cell service, which were a bit spotty at the property. However, this seemed to be consistent throughout the area, as reception didn’t improve until we were closer to downtown Sedona. In the end, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, giving us a great opportunity to unplug and fully enjoy quality time together.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return."

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house met our needs as a place to stay while we explored Sedona each day. It would have been nice to have control over the air conditioning, as the main floor tended to get warm during the day. The hot tub wasn’t clean when we arrived, but management responded quickly and sent someone out the next morning to take care of it. Overall, the house felt clean and was a decent place to stay, though it wasn’t one of our favorites."

"I wish we had more positive things to say, but unfortunately our experience with this VRBO host was the perfect example of the growing trend where vacation rentals charge hotel-level prices while delivering… a very enthusiastic fraction of hotel-level service and cleanliness. Upon arrival we found leftover clothing, a used vape, and popcorn kernels sprinkled across the couch. The bathroom had a dirty, wet shower rug that we ended up cleaning and laying out to dry ourselves. We discovered we had run out of toilet paper and after searching every drawer, closet, and pantry, we reluctantly messaged the already irritated host. His response:“There should have been two rolls in the bathroom.” Eventually he agreed to send a DoorDash delivery of toilet paper later that day, which seemed to cause him deep personal inconvenience. We had a few other disappointing experiences during our stay that no paying guest should have to deal with. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with both the condition of the property and the host’s attitude toward paying guests. "

"Clean and updated unit and the communication was quick, easy and attentive w/ our Host. Parking was easy and access to our unit was very close. Many stays at Junipine, and this stay was one of our best! We'll be back."

"Fully stocked plus some, wood burn fireplace was amazing, beds were sooo comfy and the location was perfect for us. We wanted to be away from the busy. We walked to hiking trails and the creek is close. Couldn’t have asked for more. The grill was rough and no gas as it seemed last guest left it on (we know to bring our own gas if needed based on this being a common occurrence with rentals) no biggie just a note "
