"Excellently managed room, secondary glazing so absolutely no noises from the road. Slept very well, but i do think a kingsize bed would fit in the room. It could be a slight squeeze, in the main, very comfortable. Shower room absolutely spotless. Breakfast was super. Nicely cooked full english as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc.., not too much on the plate but enough for a full day ahead. Good selection of teas.. A real find as we enjoyed a christmas ball at Goodwood. If we come over this way again, we would defintly book again! "

"The check in instructions and help from the owner were great. The house was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. There was a food parcel provided which was a lovely touch and even included a bottle of wine, that we didn’t get around to opening . All the rooms were spotless and the living space was so well laid out for the four of us. Location was perfect. I could’ve stayed longer for sure "

Our room was beautifully appointed, spotless, and overlooked the serene garden, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The delicious breakfast each morning was a real treat—fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and a perfect start to the day. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, and the entire property is simply beautiful—immaculately kept and full of character.
