"Was OK, THEY have a timer with there aircondition. That is why everytime we come back from outside. The room was hot. Our damage deposit was not back right away when we check out. We need to wait for awhile. I think we've waited for 45 mins. We plan to give them TIP but because of what they did. We took the whole amount."

"Staff that checked me is helpful and knowledgeable. I had a bad experience when I’m checking out . There’s a dentist convention at that time and we are all leaving the same day . I called the front desk in the morning several times to ask for help with my luggage , no one pick up’s the call and when they finally pick up , I waited for them to come up and help me with my luggage. No one came . So I help myself with my luggage’s since my niece is been waiting ."
