"Very nice staff and great place to stay. We had a partial view room which showed us great view of everything including the ocean! Hotel was clean and nicely decorated and beds were comfy! Definitely will come back!"

"Room was nice as always. Only thing that ruined the trip was my trip to the hospital. Nothing to do with hotel stay. When we're able to return to Daytona, we'll definitely stay here again. "

"I couldn’t check in until after 4 because my room was getting cleaned. I then checked in and the cleaner walked in on me and saw me changing… my third day I came back to my hotel room UNLOCKED. The cleaner left the dead bolt turned so anyone could access my room. I told the front staff and they called the cleaner and said she hadn’t been in there… I let them know that all the towels were replaced so clearly she was. One of the elevators was broken the entire stay and no one was out servicing it. Luckily I could take the stairs because people waited so long for it. I didn’t feel safe with the cleaners being so careless and the staff didn’t seem to mind and waived my $30 parking as a courtesy. Unacceptable. "

"Since the wrong night got booked instead of the one we wanted!!! We have no way of knowing how the property, staff, pool, or other amenities were. We wanted Saturday May 16-17 instead May 15-16 got booked and no one would help sort it out so we ended up having to book another hotel therefore having to pay twice. I am not impressed. Our cruise ended on the 16 and being the cautious that I am I check everything at least three times before confirming. So imagine my surprise and embarrassment when I got turned away"
