Incredible location, very comfortable room, recommend from of ocean, the Bridge near to hotel, Hercílio luz Bridge. Beautiful at night and day time, this my place for my next trip. The breakfast was great as well.

Despite the high room rate, the room was old and noisy (first floor, facing the avenue). There were no hangers or blanket provided, and I had to request them at the front desk the next day, after spending a cold night.

Quarto confortável, limpo e bem organizado. A equipe foi receptiva e atenciosa durante a estadia. No entanto, antes da viagem fiz contato para me certificar sobre a disponibilidade de alimentação sem glúten, pois meu marido é celíaco. A informação prestada nos passou segurança e, por isso, fomos confiantes. Infelizmente, a experiência foi decepcionante nesse ponto: além de opções bastante limitadas, no segundo café da manhã sequer havia pão sem glúten disponível. Sugiro maior alinhamento entre as informações repassadas previamente e o que efetivamente é oferecido, especialmente em casos que envolvem restrições alimentares por motivo de saúde.

Excelente acomodação, serviço de limpeza, funcionários cordiais e otima variedade no café da manhã. Café da manhã abundante com muitas opções, tudo delicioso!! O ponto negativo é que o hotel fica na avenida beira mar e tem muito barulho de carro, inclusive a noite, em compensação tem uma linda vista para a lagoa, quarto possui varanda, então uma coisa compensa a outra. O hotel fica bem distante das praias, para quem vem sem carro, precisa desembolsar uma boa quantia para ir de uber nas praias que são longe. Mas no geral, o hotel é maravilhoso com piscina, vale a pena a estadia mesmo com os pontos negativos. Indico e me hospedaria novamente

O Hotel possui uma excelente localização, vista incrível do principal cartão postal da cidade, café da manhã generoso, contudo alguns aspectos impactaram negativamente, como lixo nas escadas de acesso da garagem aos quartos, a porta do quarto por vezes não travava e as paredes do quarto descascando a tinta, demonstrando falta de zelo, muito embora o incrível potencial do hotel.
