É inquestionável que o hotel precisa melhorar bastante. Ficou claro que as baixas avaliações e relatos de insatisfação nessa plataforma, não são suficientes para que a Rede Andrade Hoteis, direcione esforços e empenho para mitigar problemas constantes. É perceptivel que parte dos funcionários, ja tem respostas prontas, quando questionados que precisa melhorar: "Nosso hotel é sempre lotado. O alto indice de ocupação não reflete os problemas relatados." Amparados nessa argumentação, não conseguem enxergar que carecem de uma gestao mais eficiente capaz de mo mimimo fidelizar clientes.

Não sei se foi o quarto, ficamos no 903, mas não gostei, bwc úmido demais, móveis velhos, o suporte da tv é uma meia lua, bati a cabeça 3 vezes e a tv não funciona direito, trava toda hora, internet ruim, secador de cabelo não funciona...Que tribulação!
