Ótimo hotel de frente para a praia e execekentw café da manhã. Precisa de reparos e a única coisa ruim mesmo que a ponte de acesso à praia não estava disponível mas foi bem tranquilo atravessar o rio.

O hotel é bem agradável, sendo um dos melhores da região. O café da manhã é bem servido, apesar de repetitivo. A praia é bem bonita e as piscinas também. Um excelente lugar para descanso. Destaco como melhoria a questão da limpeza, achei bastante pó no quarto, o que me desencadeou uma crise alérgica e um dos dias a limpeza deixou a limpeza incompleta, deixou o lixo sem saquinho, a lata de lixo em cima dos armários e não colocou toalhas limpas, deixou as usadas no chão do banheiro. Acredito que esqueceu. No demais, o atendimento é bom...

Bom hotel!

Hotel precisa ser mais atencioso com a limpeza, principalmente áreas comuns, mas a comida que serve no restaurante é muito boa, café da manhã poderia ser melhor se tivesse um rechaud pra manter aquecido os pratos quentes, comi ovos frios. Atendimento excelente, boa localização!

Minha opção em Floripa!

As instalações do hotel são perfeitas! Confortáveis e bem cuidadas. O restaurante tem boas opções a preços justos e as opções de lazer são boas e variadas. Senti falta apenas de uma academia. Pena que o tempo não nos permitiu aproveitar as piscinas ou a praia, mas com certeza, o Torres da Cachoeira é a minha opção em Floripa a partir de agora!

Hotel bem estruturado em frente à praia. Servico cordial, ótimo café da manhã, piscina ao ar livre e outra aquecida. Quartos com varanda com vista para o mar. Pontos favoráveis: O hotel tem tudo pra ser agradável: localização boa, a vista é linda (do 4. andar, por do sol e visão do mar magníficos. Atendentes simpáticos. Pontos desfavoráveis: -Falha na manutenção (apto 409) não havia água fria. Todas as torneiras emperradas. Só água fervendo. -Apesar de poucos hóspedes, por várias vezes precisei pedir toalha de rosto. - Café da manhã mesmice nos 9 dias… - Restaurante: nas tardes, o restaurante fica vazio e os garçons, sem ter o que fazer (nem ganhar!). Pedi um café. Só tinha expresso e de cápsula (Nespresso). Que tal oferecerem um café colonial decente, aberto ao público? Não querem ganhar dinheiro? Na região, não há nenhum lugar adequado. Inovem!
