"Overall a nice experience. A couple of observations though: the room sevice breakfast was cold and you needed to call and ask for butter for your toast. For a 5 star establiahment, it should be a given and provided with your breakfast including a selection of jams, jellies or spreads . Another criticism is that different staff constantly asked if everythjng was okay every few minutes while i was having dinner in the tea rooms. This became very annoying. Also, 2 different wait staff asked...

"We've stayed in the apartments here before, so a repeat visit is a recommendation. It's reasonably close to family, and is well set up. Since our last visit quite a while ago, they are now asking not only for the dishes to be washed up before leaving (not an issue) but for the rubbish to be taken out. Given that the motel accommodation does not have to do this, I object to doing the work of the room cleaners when this would be included in the room rate. We visited in June, and the weather...
