The best time to go to Flores, Amazonas, Brazil is during the dry season, which typically runs from July to December.During these months, the weather is generally sunny with lower humidity, making it more comfortable for exploring. The river levels are lower, which exposes more beaches and makes it easier to access certain jungle trails and waterways for activities like hiking and canoeing. This period is ideal for those who want to maximise their outdoor adventures and wildlife spotting opportunities. For travellers interested in boat excursions and seeing the rainforest at its most lush, the shoulder months of June and January can also be good. While there might be more rain, the higher river levels allow boats to navigate deeper into smaller tributaries, offering different perspectives of the jungle.
