Quality Manaus Hotel is very close to a large mall. Has everything you want to shop for. The other direction the buildings aren’t great but there are a couple’s fun restaurants and the local micro-brewery. Also all the tour businesses pickup at this location. Highly recommend this hotel in Manaus.

Nice area, close to the mall for dinner options and relatively safe. Functional gym which does the job, pool ok for a quick dip but nice to see sunset. Uber so cheap to get into the Teatro area is affordable. Graciously provided late checkout for free. Breakfast was brilliant and full of healthy choices.

O Hotel é muito bom. O quarto é grande, limpo e bem confortável. Fiquei no 10 andar e era silencioso. O café da manhã é bom. Senti falta de frutas e sucos regionais.

Bom hotel

O atendimento no check-in foi muito bom. Só não concordamos com a inclusão de um adicional na taxa de serviço a ser paga no check-out. O hotel está tentando transferir parte do salário dos funcionários para os clientes fugindo da tributação. Outrossim, tivemos pequenos problemas com atendimento descortês no café da manhã (com uma funcionária que não sei o nome mas que não é a Joede - que foi ótima!) e falta de cuidado com a limpeza das mesas e também na reposição de talheres (colheres),que, aliás, não tinham o tamanho apropriado. Não serviram cappuccino nem leite vegetal na semana de nossa estadia e o suco de laranja disponibilizado era artificial (tipo tang). O quarto e o banheiro estavam bem limpos mas o colchão da cama não era muito confortável (talvez necessitando troca). A funcionária JOEDE foi muito atenciosa e nos ajudou bastante durante os dias de nossa estadia e a atendente de reservas DOMINICK também foi muito eficiente na solicitação feita antes de nossa chegada por contato eletrônico. O grande ponto alto do hotel é a facilidade no acesso ao Shopping Manauara que fica realmente a poucos passos de distância. Outro aspecto que gostaria de apontar é que os funcionários que acessam os elevadores junto com os hóspedes deveriam ser mais discretos e não escutar músicas altas e com conteúdo inapropriado e falar mais baixo.

Simple hotel but does the job. Nice size bedroom. In-room food is excellent and good price. Breakfast with tapioca and omeletes and everything else. There is a fancy big shopping mall one block away. And good restaurants around. Location is perfect in my opinion. You’re not downtown which I think is good and safer but you can go there in 15 min but taxi or uber. Staffing is very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pessima experiência nesta vez

Naseado nesta experiência Quality Manaus nunca mais. Motivo? Controle de pragas. Ja me incomoda ter moscas no café mas o que pra mim nao pode é ter barata no quarto. E o pior que ainda me disseram que as baratas vinham nas malas dos hospedes. É mole?? Ainda por cima a Internet era pessima. Fora isso quarto estava limpo (exceto filtro do ar que estava sujo) e a localizacao que é otima.
