Zip B&B is very close to Milano Centrale which was very convenient for us. Helena (the host) was very nice and such a good host. Her property is clean and well maintained. We were very pleased with our stay.

Elena’s property was absolutely gorgeous! Located in an apartment building and the room was soooo big with a full size bathroom as well 😊 it had everything I needed for a three day stay - amazing location in super close walking distance to the main train station, bus stops and the central market!! Elena was also the most welcoming and kind host, beautiful breakfast provided every morning with the most delicious coffee!! Highly recommend to all travellers and look forward to visiting again soon!! Grazie mille ❤️

Air B&B is two rooms in someone’s apartment, on 3rd floor, 2 cats, 1 dog, which we didn’t know, but did not mind. 1 person elevator,…good water pressure in shower, beds 2/5 for comfort & size!, great location, close to train station, Santa Maria Novell church & square, shops & river.

역에서 매우 가깝습니다. 걸어서 5분 거리이고 짐이 있다면 10분 정도 걸릴 수 있습니다. 두오모, 로렌초 성당과도 매우 가깝습니다. 3층이긴 한데 앨리베이터가 있습니다. (작고 느리지만 매우 안전합니다.) 방은 사진 그대로의 원룸입니다. 3인 가족이 생활하기에는 충분했습니다. 저희 집 주인 엘레나는 매우 친절했고 맛있는 아침을 제공해 주어서 든든히 여행 할 수 있었습니다. 아침은 종류가 많고 다 맛있으며 이탈리아 현지식 아침을 경험할 수 있습니다. 강아지 아리아와 2마리의 고양이 (한마리는 미켈란젤로? 나머지는 이름을 기억 못하겠어요.)는 너무 귀여워서 우리 딸이 엄청 좋아했어요.

Just perfect.

I stayed here with my daughter on our visit to Florence. I couldn’t have been more satisfied from check in to check out. The proximity to the train station and the open market was a major plus. The owner was very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. I look forward to my next stay at the Zip B&B.

This is not an usual Bed & Breakfast, but a very nice private apartment, with two very comfortable and spacious rooms (60's and 80's), also with it very comfortable bathroom, each one. The shower was the best we have found during all trip in Italy, just amazing. And the owner, Mrs Elena, was lovely, her hospitality and sympathy were awesome. If you are looking for a place that makes yourself feeling like Home, this is the place: ZIP B&B in Florence. We will return, certainly !!

na verdade é um quarto dentro da casa de uma senhora q se esta reservando. quarto grande, limpo. Banheiro, chuveiro e secador ótimos. ela te deixa bem a vontade, vc fica com as chaves da casa e do quarto. Tem gatos que ficam rodando pela casa. fica em um predio, mas tem elevador cafe da manha fraco, sem opções e variedade. bom wifi. bem próximo a estação e do centro tb. fizemos tudo a pé. como ficamos apenas uma noite ok!

Die Unterkunft liegt schön zentral Nähe Bahnhof. Nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants, ... super! Das Zimmer ist wie auf den Fotos, sehr sauber, farbenfroh und gemütlich. Elena ist sehr herzlich, hilft, gibt Tipps und macht ein leckeres Frühstück. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort wohnen, da es nicht so unpersönlich ist.
