Francesco is a fantastic host, best ever, very helpful with suggestions on restaurants and where to visit! A true gem in Florence!

When I made my reservation, I had no idea how awesome this hotel was going to be: room with a balcony and river view; the host was incredibly nice; open (yes, open) bar every day from 5-7 pm at no charge; greatly decorated (a paradise for maximalists), and just a few minutes walking from all the points of interest in Florence. If I ever go back to this wonderful city, this is the place I'm staying over and over.

Francesco and his staff made everyone feel at home and so very welcome. The room was decorated beautifully and looked out on the Arno River, the bed was extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and a nice refrigerator in the room, delicious coffees and tea’s with real China….they thought of everything! The view from the room with a balcony is as beautiful as advertised. It is worth paying extra for it. The hotel is super central, in a lovely and safe location. Boutique hotel with the best location

The location was amazing, right on the river with incredible views of the sunset. So close to everything, made all the museums, piazzas, restaurants really accessible. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and the hotel itself was very clean, well decorated, air conditioned. The common area with open bar made it feel very luxurious - when I first arrived he popped a bottle of Italian sparkling wine for a me and brought it to my room! Would highly recommend and I would stay again if I return to Florence

This place was amazing! Francesco the host was a great welcoming host. He showed us a map of the city and gave us tips on places to visit. He also had a common area with a fully stocked refrigerator with wine, water, beer and champagne for us to take from which was no extra charge. The room was amazing and bed was very comfortable. I cannot recommend this place more! We will definitely be staying there again next time we are in Florence!

I absolutely LOVED our stay at this boutique hotel and highly recommend it to anyone that is looking at this property. The location is perfect and we loved the unique character of the hotel and our room (we had a balcony with a view of the river, it was perfect). Also the staff is truly amazing. So kind and helpful and there is an adorable dog named Lapo that is so happy to greet you as well. I also really appreciated the unlimited water, snacks, wine, and even cocktail options. All included for no extra charge. This place is truly one of a kind and I simply can’t recommend it enough!
