Unsurpassed location, in a very central position with breathtaking views of the Duomo of Florence. Finely furnished apartment, located on the fourth floor of an elegant building. It consists of 1 single bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, a large living room with dining area and two bathrooms, one with shower and bathtub. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with kitchenette, oven, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is completed by a large, bright terrace with a direct view of Brunelleschi's dome. unique to enjoy the city while tasting excellent food and sipping excellent wine.The location is ideal for reaching the most important attractions in a few minutes, moving comfortably on foot and enjoying the atmosphere of Renaissance Florence. Being in a building without a lift, this location is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required    . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Wonderful property

We were so happy with this wonderful property. It’s a perfect location with views of the Duomo throughout. The check in process was great and easy. Certainly lots of stairs but that comes with the great views. I highly recommend staying here.

Just as we were expecting! Great check-in (with a bottle of Prosecco!), clean and spacious apartment, gorgeous view on the Duomo from the main bedroom, near everything (but far enough to avoid the noise...). We were very happy!

Short stay in Florence

Hard to beat the location of this apartment with views of Brunelleschi's dome. The photos online really don't do it justice. It is a spacious apartment with everything you might need. You will get your exercise going up and down four flights, but that is one way to work off all the good food in Florence. Air conditioning was primo.

Amazing apartment and location

Everything was perfect! The view of the Duomo from the bedrooms, magical! The balcony in front of the building, other amazing views! Beds were very confortable, good communication with the owner. Nice restaurant a few doors away, and a concert room : very nice! Close to the Duomo, and to almost everything! I would go back anytime to this apartment! Just note that it’s at the forth level; good exercice but feasible!
