Beautiful Hotel great staff. Pedro who manages the dining area was amazing!! Such a great guy and always willing to help with whatever needed. Excellent service. Also, wanted to mention Theam who was also amazing! He assisted us with whatever we needed and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was really good as well. Overall, great stay.

Very well located to the city center and easy reachable from the autostrada. Very friendly service at the reception. Rooms on then last floor have a great view over the river and city.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and while the hotel had some positives, unfortunately the room setup made the stay uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the bed — you could feel the springs all over, and every time someone turned, it squeaked loudly, enough to wake the partner. The sofa bed wasn’t much better; the mattress was extremely thin, and if you sat near the edge, it felt like you could fall in. The bathroom looked nice and clean, but the shower setup was odd. There was a faucet positioned right in the middle of the tub, directly where you stand to use the shower, which made it awkward to use. On the positive side, the hotel itself was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Overall, while the service and cleanliness were good, the poor bed quality and strange bathroom design really affected our comfort.

Great location for a city break

Great location with very friendly staff. The roof top bar is definitely an added bonus and the pool is ideal for a bit of down time - just make sure you book a lounger with reception as it can be a busy. The rooms are very comfy with huge bathrooms, room service left it spotless everyday

The hotel is very good except for not having a decent coffe machine in the room and also the restaurant had very few choices to choose from the menu If they could improve these two things it would be wonderful!

Highly recommended!!

This hotel was perfect! Staff was beyond helpful. We were touring for the first time in Florence for and Emily trip and needed a lot of guidance. They were courteous, professional, patient and friendly. We had 2 rooms and both were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast room had a large selection. It basically was our lunch and then we only needed dinner. Location was quiet and safe. Near the train and a small grocery store. We very much recommend staying here!

We travelled with a family of 6. When we arrived James was very nice. He help get our rooms. The rooms were clean. We had a car and we opted to use there parking. It was very expensive. They also charged 5 euros for every time you took your car in or out. We ended up not touching our car. The breakfast was good and it had a good variety. The pool on the roof is a nice place to relax, however the pool is dirty. It needed cleaning. I took pictures and wish I could have posted. They need to clean it. Other than that the stay was ok.

This was our second time at this hotel, having enjoyed it very much on the last visit. The big plus is the rooftop pool, which is great for cooling off during the hot summer days. Rooms are modern and well decorated, bathrooms large with both a shower and a bath. If you are looking for something with character that is old and in the centre, this isn't it. But if you want modern and comfortable, and convenient, then this is a good choice. Locations is very good, right next to Porta el Prato tram stop, meaning you can get the tram from the airport easily, and also get into the city either by tram or bus. We also took a coach to Bologna, which means getting an easy 20 min tram journey to the coach station which is on the same tram line. Breakfast is very good and varied. Also, a big plus was that, as we had a very early flight, breakfast was available for us to self-serve at 3.30 in the morning! This is because a lot of air crews stay here, but usually the only option is a breakfast box. Was so good to have a nearly full breakfast at this time. Not sure if I will stay in Florence again, but if I do, I would probably stay here a third time!

very disappointing hotel

shower facility in room 348 was abysmal, some one came and tried to fix but was not competent in resolving issues regarding damaged components. we where asked if we could wait until the next day leaving the property for the maintenance team, we obviously refused and requested the y offer us another room, this room was inadequate so we moved for a third time, in the room was a kettle for tea and coffee. no teabags ,only decaffeinated coffee, once tea and coffee was brought to the room I plugged the kettle into the socket which proceeded to go on fire!!!!!!! we advised reception who sent maintenance up the next day, I had to request a replacement kettle power point the roof top pool was so cold even though the temperature was 37 degrees outside, more like a deep paddling pool !!!!the concierge did not assist with our luggage and upon leaving the hotel one of our guests required the bathroom and proceed to look for the facilities in the main entrance and the concierge followed him and waited for him to return monitoring his movement by looking in the widow reflection until he returned so sad but true. hotel on the outskirts of the old town away from any attractions .

We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, the convenient location, and the friendly front desk staff. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The toilet ran constantly, and the shower had a broken seal at the bottom of the glass, which caused water to flood the floor—we had to use most of our towels to soak it up. Maintenance did come by and was able to fix the toilet, but the shower issue remained unresolved.

Easy walk from train station. Quiet, but safe area. Hallways were a bit damp and carpets need a refresh. Breakfast was good with efficient service. Very good hotel, but nothing that really stands out.

Would recommend this hotel for its convenience, it was a 15 minute walk to the train station and right along the river. It was also a 15 minute driver from the airport and walkable to all major attractions in Florence. The room itself was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary but we did enjoy the breakfast buffet in the morning. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was nice knowing there was one available if we needed it. For the price, I think this hotel was worth it.
